All images on this CD can be created under Windows using rawrite.exe that is
in the directory with the driver disk images.
Creating images under Windows.
1. Place blank formatted floppy into Drive A:
2. Run a DOS command prompt and change to directory where driver images
are located.
3. Run Raswrite.exe
When asked for disk image name, enter filename
When asked for drive letter, enter 'A:'

Creating images under UNIX.
1. Place blank formatted floppy in drive A: or /dev/fd0.
2. Run Data Dump utility to write image to floppy.
Sample command:
dd if=filename.img of=/dev/fd0
